在一些办公项目中的数据机房空调及酒店项目的冷库常会采用闭式冷却塔,而且一般这种冷却塔需要常年运行,所以在冬季运行时要考虑防冻措施,而对于不用的冷却塔可以排净排空。

闭式冷却塔的排热能力是按照夏季最热的天气来设计选型的,在其它季节,特别是冬季,排热能力就可能过大了。闭式冷却塔运行时,即使环境温度高于零度,闭式冷却塔也可能将管内水降至零度,甚至结冰。闭式冷却塔内循环或喷淋水结冰,可能引起配管、换热管和塔内其它部件的破裂,为了防止这类事故的发生,冬季设备防冻,尤其是北方地区的设备防冻就特别重要。

The heat removal capacity of closed cooling tower is designed and selected according to the hottest weather in summer. In other seasons, especially in winter, the heat removal capacity may be too large. When the closed cooling tower is running, even if the ambient temperature is higher than zero, the closed cooling tower may reduce the water in the pipe to zero, or even freeze. Freezing of circulating or spraying water in closed cooling tower may cause the rupture of piping, heat exchange tube and other parts in the tower. In order to prevent such accidents, it is particularly important to prevent the equipment from freezing in winter, especially in northern areas.

闭式冷却塔主机由壳体、换热器、风机、喷淋水泵、收水器、水槽及管路阀门等零部件组成。闭式冷却塔将冷却塔和热交换的功能合在一起,将工艺流体的温度降低到相当接近空气湿球温度情况下,系统工作时。需要冷却的工艺流体在蛇形的热交换器盘管内部流动,外部有喷淋系统以持续湿润盘管表面。喷淋到盘管上的水流经一段具有高效冷却作用的PVC热交换层进行冷却后再落至集水盘中以再循环利用。空气同时吸入并通过盘管和PVC热交换层,使得一部分水蒸发。气流中所夹带的所有水分均由飞溅水挡水板进行回收,并送回至集水盘。藉由蒸发,将热量从喷淋水中带走,进而冷却盘管及盘管中工艺流体。

The main engine of closed cooling tower is composed of shell, heat exchanger, fan, spray water pump, water collector, water tank and pipeline valve. Closed cooling tower combines the function of cooling tower and heat exchange, and reduces the temperature of process fluid to close to the wet bulb temperature of air. The cooling process fluid flows inside the serpentine heat exchanger coil, and the external spray system is used to continuously wet the coil surface. The water sprayed on the coil is cooled by a section of PVC heat exchange layer with high cooling effect, and then falls to the water collecting tray for recycling. Air is sucked in at the same time and passes through the coil and PVC heat exchange layer, causing part of the water to evaporate. All water entrained in the air flow is recovered by the splash water baffle and sent back to the water collecting tray. By evaporation, the heat is removed from the spray water to cool the coil and the process fluid in the coil.
