一、电子产品业

五、镀膜行业

(1)真空度膜:中频真空镀膜机一般要配一台冷水机作为镀膜机(主要是圆柱靶)的冷却设备中频设备必须加冷却水,原因是它的频率高电流大。电流在导体流动时有一个集肤效应,电荷会聚集在电导有表面积,这样使电导发热所以采用中孔管做导体中间加水冷却。

(2)离子镀膜:钟表零件、首饰、珠宝、日用五金、水暖器材、工艺饰品、塑料制品、卫生洁具、锁具、灯具、餐具各种拉手等产品的表面处理。离化源在初始工作时需加热启动,运行时需冷却,冷却系统故障将会导致离化源损坏。冷却水必须用高压水泵至离化源内的冷却通道冷却离化源。

(3)镀膜玻璃:往往需要大冷量机组,通常使用多台螺杆式冷水机组合使用。镀膜生产线在启动前需加热以达到一定的温度,启动后由于自身产生热量,需冷冻水冷却以保持较低的温度。
